      Hello fellow IMBY‘ers

It’s been a hectic couple of months – with Vermicomposting completing the Bundu Tek link. Finally got right to make Synthetic mushroom spawn – and vermicompost has proven its weight in Gold there again.

But did get it right to update a new tutorial for you: Worm Breeder Bins Tutorial: A Step-by-Step Guide

Vermiculture is actually the breeding of worms – common misconception is it the making of vermicompost – and in this tutorial give a brief concise method to UP your worm population quickly and relatively easy. So from a minimum quantity of worms you can escalate quickly your worm farm to maximum populations so get the optimum output of Vermicompost.

Parting Tip: getting worms can be relatively painless as they all over… in your garden clear a patch of ground, then heap all your old leaf litter in a heap [about 20 cm high]. Water thoroughly, and keep wet – give a liberal douse of water daily – after 3 weeks lift the heap of litter and may be surprized with your own worms!
