🧪 Professional Recipes

For Liquid Culture (The STS Standard):

• 1000ml Dechlorinated Water

• 10g Dextrose (Glucose)

• 1.7g Soy Peptone (0.17% Nitrogen Source)

Instructions: Add to lukewarm water, mix until dissolved, and autoclave at 15 PSI for 15-20 mins. Gives a perfectly clear media with a slight yellow tint for easy identification of bacterial contaminants.

For Agar Media Enrichment:

• Add 2 gram per litre (0.2%) to your standard MEA or PDA recipe to boost mycelial vigour and decrease colonization time.

For Cordyceps Militaris:

• Use a 2-3% glucose/sucrose base with 0.22% Soy Peptone for optimal adenosine production.
