Running multiple smaller units increases your failure points, maintenance hours, and cable clutter.

The STS 28kg/h Industrial Ultrasonic Humidifier is our ultimate flagship single-phase infrastructure solution. Built on the heavy-duty JDH-24Z industrial chassis platform, this machine is engineered specifically to consolidate your climate architecture. We have loaded this workhorse with advanced Gen 3 Stainless Steel ultrasonic arrays drawing a total of 1600W. It delivers unparalleled mist volume while remaining fully compatible with standard single-phase mains power.

Triple 110mm Outlets with 480 m3/h Volume

Generating 28kg of mist per hour requires serious air volume to prevent internal fog saturation and pooling. This flagship unit utilizes multiple industrial 480 m3/h high-volume fans to aggressively circulate the mist. The mist is driven out through three independent 110mm OD exhaust ports. This gives facility designers immense flexibility:

  • Route three separate 110mm uPVC lines straight into individual fruiting rooms or incubation tunnels.

  • Combine the ports into a centralized trunk line to feed massive, multi-tier racking layouts up to 400m².

Gen 3 Stainless Steel Core – Zero Thermal Fatigue

At this scale of production, equipment downtime is incredibly costly. Standard consumer or light commercial units using ceramic discs will pit, crack, and fail within weeks under industrial load. The STS-28 strictly features heavy-duty Stainless Steel ultrasonic discs across its entire array. These rugged plates are structurally engineered for continuous, punishing 24/7 runtimes, ensuring your micro-climate parameters remain rock-solid throughout the entire flush cycle.

Dual-Supply Scalability

To defend the high-output arrays against calcified lime scaling and mineral crusting common in South African municipal water lines, the machine features an oversized dual-supply interface. Run it continuously on a plumbed, automated low-pressure water line via the internal float valve, or integrate a clean, mineral-free rainwater/RO reservoir feed line to keep the stainless steel heads pristine indefinitely.
